The Boardwalk - Creek Front - Mida Creek

The Boardwalk is a stunning five bedroom home set on three floors with the ground floor and swimming pool set high up to take advantage of the views out over the mangrove and towards Mida Creek.  The tidal nature of the creek brings the water right up to the house at high tide and a spectacular boardwalk has been created to allow easy access through the mangrove to the creek, a fantastic nature walk in itself.  It can be taken as a double booking with it’s sister property, Kings Landing, next door, and both properties share a backup generator.

The property includes four double bedrooms, each with mosquito nets, fans and en suite bathrooms, and a further single bedroom also with mosquito net, fan and bathroom.  There are spacious roof terraces on the two upper floors to offer privacy to guests.

The large, cozy living area opens out onto a covered terrace and onto swimming pool and surrounding wooden deck.  The kitchen also looks out over the pool, divided from the dining room by a long breakfast bar.

The house is staffed with a caretaker/cook and a night watchman.

A recent addition is WiFi which is on a pay as you go system, where you purchase your own Data bundles.

PRICING

The Boardwalk sleeps a maximum of 10 guests (including children) and is fully staffed including a cook, housekeeper and night guard.  There is a small generator in the event of a power cut.

• Fitted mosquito net, stand fan – Shares shower room with Bedroom 2. Private outside verandah.

BEDROOM 4 (3nd Floor)

• Double Bed
• Fitted mosquito net – stand fan. En suite shower room. Private verandah.

BEDROOM 5 (3nd Floor)

• Double Bed.
• Fitted mosquito net and overhead fan – en suite shower room with double sink & bidet – private verandah.
