Starting from Nairobi, the tour first visits the Lake Elementaita then after staying on the shores of Lake Elementaita the tour then continues for two nights in the Masai Mara which is one of the best places to see Africa’s big cats.

Journey
Day 1 : Nairobi – Drive To Lake Elementaita By Road
An early pick up from Nairobi and drive through the stunning scenery of Kenya’s Great Rift Valley to explore Lake Elementaita, which is famous for the spectacular pink flamingos that gather on its salt encrusted shores as well as for other bird species including African fish eagles and pelicans
The woodland and grassland surrounding the soda lake are home to an abundance of animals. Picnic lunch in the park
Dinner and overnight at Sunbird Lodge or similar

Day 2 : Lake Elementaita – Drive To The Masai Mara Game Reserve-
After an early breakfast we continue our safari by heading to the world-famous Masai Mara, arriving for lunch at Keekorok Lodge where we will stay for 2 nights. Afternoon at leisure at the lodge to observe wildlife from the Elephant Deck or at the Hippo Bar which overlooks a waterhole
Alternatively, enjoy the swimming pool or other optional activities (payable locally) such as the spa or nature walks.

- Main destination: Maasai Mara National Reserve
- Accommodation: Keekorok or Similar

Day 3 : Explore Masai Mara Game Reserve Full Day
After breakfast at the lodge we explore the Masai Mara National Reserve for a day of game-viewing. We will see a wide variety of Kenya’s animals – great and small – such as elephants, buffalo, giraffe and plains game and we will go in search of the big cats for which the Mara is famous.

Day 4 : Masai Mara – Drive To Nairobi
After breakfast we transfer back to Nairobi. Drop off at the international airport for your flight home. Alternatively, fly direct from the Masai Mara to the Kenya coast to relax on the beach for a few days before flying back to Nairobi (optional and at an extra cost).
