Lake Nakuru National Park, a sanctuary for rhinos and flamingos, before heading to the beautiful freshwater
Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley, famous for hippos and boat safaris. The safari concludes with a visit to the
Giraffe Centre, where you will get up close with endangered Rothschild giraffes. This safari is ideal for first-time visitors to Africa, families, couples, honeymooners, and photographers.

Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi – Transfer to Hotel
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be met and welcomed by our company representative who will brief you about your safari. You will then be transferred to
Novotel Nairobi Westlands for check-in and overnight stay on bed and breakfast basis.
Nairobi is Kenya’s capital city and the main gateway to East African safaris.
This day is reserved for rest after your international flight and preparation for the safari starting the next day.
Day 2: Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast at the hotel, you will depart Nairobi and drive towards Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley, one of the most spectacular geographical features in the world. There will be a stop at the Rift Valley viewpoint where you will have time for photography and enjoy breathtaking views of the escarpment.
You will then continue the journey to
Maasai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch at your camp or lodge.

In the afternoon, you will proceed for your first game drive in the Maasai Mara. The reserve is home to the Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino – as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and many species of antelopes.
Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.
Day 3: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara
This day is dedicated to a full day game drive in the Maasai Mara with picnic lunch boxes. You will explore different areas of the reserve, including the famous Mara River, where crocodiles and hippos are found. If traveling between July and October, you may witness the Great Wildebeest Migration, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
The Maasai Mara offers one of the best wildlife viewing experiences in Africa due to its open savannah grasslands, making it easier to spot animals. Large prides of lions, cheetahs hunting, elephants roaming the plains, and vast herds of wildebeest and zebras are commonly seen.
You may also visit a traditional Maasai Village in the afternoon to learn about the Maasai culture and way of life (optional activity at extra cost).

Day 4: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, you will depart Maasai Mara and drive to
Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge.

In the afternoon, you will go for a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, which is famous for its large population of white rhinos and black rhinos. The park is also home to lions, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, waterbucks, and flamingos. Lake Nakuru is one of the best places in Kenya to see rhinos.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, you will enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park before departing for
Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch and check-in at:

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha. During the boat safari, you will see hippos in the water and a variety of bird species such as fish eagles, pelicans, cormorants, and kingfishers. You may also take an optional walking safari at Crescent Island where you can walk among zebras, giraffes, and antelopes.
Dinner and overnight at the resort.
Day 6: Lake Naivasha – Nairobi – Giraffe Centre – Departure
After breakfast, you will depart Lake Naivasha and drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will visit the
Giraffe Centre where you will have a chance to feed and take photos with the endangered Rothschild giraffes from a raised platform.
After the excursion, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international departure flight.
