6 Days – Victoria Falls, Hwange & Chobe Safari (Mid-Range Classic)

Upon arrival at Victoria Falls Airport, you will be met and transferred to your lodge located near Victoria Falls. The remainder of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax or explore the vibrant town atmosphere.

Depending on your arrival time, you may opt for a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, where wildlife sightings such as hippos and crocodiles are common. Your accommodation offers comfort and convenience, ideal for unwinding after your journey.

After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Victoria Falls, where you will explore scenic viewpoints and learn about the geological and cultural significance of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The afternoon is open for optional activities such as helicopter flights over the falls, cultural visits, or adventure experiences. This flexible day allows you to tailor the experience to your interests while enjoying the relaxed pace of Victoria Falls.

Following breakfast, depart for Hwange National Park, a journey of approximately two to three hours through rural Zimbabwe.

On arrival, check in at your safari lodge and enjoy lunch before heading out on an afternoon game drive. Hwange is famous for its large elephant population and diverse wildlife, including lions, buffalo, giraffes, and numerous antelope species.

Return to the lodge for dinner and an evening spent under the African sky.

This day is dedicated to exploring Hwange National Park in depth. Early morning and late afternoon game drives maximize wildlife viewing opportunities, while midday offers time to relax at the lodge or observe animals at nearby waterholes.

With experienced guides, you will explore different sections of the park, increasing your chances of spotting predators and understanding animal behavior. The day provides a classic safari rhythm and immersive bush experience.

After an early breakfast, you will transfer across the border into Botswana for a full-day excursion to Chobe National Park, renowned for having one of the largest concentrations of elephants in Africa.

The experience typically includes a morning game drive in the park, followed by lunch at a lodge overlooking the Chobe River. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari along the river, offering a unique perspective as elephants, hippos, and other wildlife gather along the water’s edge.

Return to Victoria Falls in the evening for overnight accommodation

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Victoria Falls Airport for your onward journey. Depending on your flight time, there may be an opportunity for last-minute shopping or relaxation before departure.
