8 Days/ 7 Nights Tsavo East National Park, Tsavo West National Park, Amboseli National Park, Lake Nakuru National park and Maasai Mara Safari from Mombasa is a regular and popular group or private Kenya safari. This 8 Day safari visits most of our popular National Parks starting from Mombasa.

A variety of animals can be seen in Tsavo East National Park such as lions, leopard, cheetah, zebras, giraffes, serval, antelopes, kongoni, lesser kudu, oryx, klipspringer, impala, stripped hyena, ostriches, gazelles, buffalos, elephants and many more. A variety of migratory and native birds are seen.

Tsavo West allows you to see many different types of animals which include Hippos, Crocodiles, and Water Birds at Mzima springs, Rhinos at the Ngulia Wildlife Rhino Sanctuary, Elephants, Lions, and Cheetah etc on game drives at both in Tsavo West and East Parks.

Amboseli National Park – big game country: elephant, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and giraffe. Game runs introduce us to the intense beauty and drama that fill each day here. Next stop is Lake Nakuru National Park which has the endangered Rothschild giraffe, which has been thriving in this park after nearly facing extinction due to loss of habitat.

Baboons, leopards, lion, Cape buffalo, and black and white Colobus monkeys all inhibit this magnificent park. In fact, over 56 species of mammals can be found here. Lake Nakuru, a Ramsar wetlands site, is also home to over 450 species of birds.

Our 8 Days/ 7 Nights Safari grand finale is the Masai Mara Game Reserve – considered the finest game sanctuary in Kenya, home to an astonishing number and variety of animals. Here you may observe and photograph large prides of lions, and where close views of cheetah are a regular occurrence. Other inhabitants of the Mara include elephant, giraffe, buffalo, leopard, hyena, topi and gazelle. This safari starts from Mombasa and ends in Mombasa. The safari can also end in Nairobi and also start in Nairobi and end in Mombasa or back in Nairobi.

Day 1 : Mombasa – Drive To Tsavo East National Park


After an early breakfast, pick up from your North/ South coast beach hotel and depart Mombasa for Tsavo East National Park situated in a semi-arid area previously known as the Taru Desert. Upon arrival you will enter the park through the Bachuma gate then proceed on a game-drive en-route to your lodge.

You will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch then relax before setting off for the afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge as the sun sets.

Day 2 : Tsavo East National Park – Tsavo West National Park (240 Kilometers, Approximately 5 Hours Drive) (DAY 2 & DAY 3)


After breakfast we proceed to Tsavo West National Park. There will be a stopover en-route for bathroom facilities and refreshments. We enter Tsavo West National Park mid-morning and commence game viewing en-route to our accommodations.

After check-in, we freshen up and settle for a buffet lunch. We will proceed for an afternoon game viewing drive with a visit to the Rhino Sanctuary.

During our 7 Nights/ 8 Days Safari will have an opportunity visit the Mzima Springs where we view hippos, crocodiles, exotic fish and a variety of bird species. The greenery surrounding the springs is a welcome contrast to the harsh terrain that forms the bulk of Tsavo West.

We return to our Lodge/ Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 : Tsavo East National Park – Tsavo West National Park (240 Kilometers, Approximately 5 Hours Drive)

Day 4 : Tsavo West National Park – Drive To Amboseli National Park


Morning game viewing drive after an early breakfast, drive to Amboseli national park through chyllu gate arriving in good time for lunch at your lodge. Late afternoon explore the park on a game drive. Kilimanjaro dominates the view from every direction …animals are seen browsing in the grasses and drinking at the waterhole directly outside.

Amboseli is big game country: elephant, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and giraffe. Game runs introduce us to the intense beauty and drama that fill each day here. Predators stalk the herds of grazing animals, recreating the age-old drama of life and death under the African sun, in a setting so lushly beautiful.

Day 5 : Amboseli – Drive To Lake Nakuru National Park


Early breakfast at your camp then depart Amboseli National Park for Lake Nakuru National Park, Enjoy some sumptuous hot buffet lunch enroute arrive in Nakuru early afternoon.

Relax before an evening game drive.

Day 6 : Lake Nakuru – Drive To The Masai Mara Game Reserve


Enjoy an early morning breakfast at your lodge game viewing drive as we depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. Check in at Masai Mara Sopa lodge or similar and lunch follows.

Our afternoon game drive in this famous reserve reveals wonders. Animals present include: Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo, and Rhino etc.

Day 7 : Explore The Masai Mara National Reserve Full Day


Today we enjoy an early morning game drive then return to our lodge for a full sit-down English breakfast. Alternatively we can spend the day in the park in search of predators and their prey like the Zebra, Wildebeest, and Giraffe etc. We have picnic lunch at the mara river 

We shall also have an opportunity to see Hippo and Crocodiles found in the Mara River.
