Nairobi National Park & David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage Tour – Half Day Safari Experience
Pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or residence at approximately 5:45 AM. Begin your journey with a short drive to Nairobi National Park for an exciting early morning game drive.
Enter the park as the day begins and explore its diverse landscapes including open plains, acacia bush, and riverine ecosystems. During your 3–4 hour game drive, you will search for wildlife such as lions, black rhinos, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and various bird species.
After the game drive, exit the park and proceed to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, arriving in time for the public visiting hours (typically 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
Here, you will enjoy a heartwarming experience watching rescued baby elephants being bottle-fed and playing in the mud. Learn about their individual rescue stories, rehabilitation process, and eventual reintegration into the wild.
After the visit, you will be dropped off at your hotel or preferred location in Nairobi around early afternoon.
